To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all clients, please review our booking policy before scheduling a service with Brite Space Cleaning.A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.Payment is processed on the day of service unless otherwise noted.Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Changes to home size, condition, or service scope may result in pricing adjustments.Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.Services are performed within the selected arrival window; exact arrival times may vary due to traffic or prior appointments.Brite Space Cleaning reserves the right to decline or reschedule service if conditions differ significantly from those disclosed during booking.By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking Policy.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure availability for all clients, the following cancellation and reschedule policy applies:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 late cancellation fee or 50% of the service total, whichever is greater.

Appointments canceled due to no access, lockouts, or incorrect access information are treated as same-day cancellations.

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Brite Space Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule service due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
By booking a service, you agree to this Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.
Satisfaction
Re-Clean Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please review our re-clean policy below:

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service.

If approved, we will schedule a complimentary re-clean of the specific area(s) in question.

Re-cleans are limited to the original scope of work booked and do not include add-on services not selected.

The area must remain unused and unaltered before the re-clean.

Photos may be requested to assess the issue prior to scheduling a re-clean.

Re-cleans are offered as a one-time courtesy per service.

Refunds are not provided in place of re-clean services.

Privacy &
SMS Policy
By opting in to SMS messages from Brite Space Cleaning LLC, you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your account.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Brite Space Cleaning LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of SMS services, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, or customer support vendors. This information is used solely to provide and operate the messaging service.All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
